Venue location: The local train station Käpylä is within a short walking distance from the venue, which makes it easily accessible from e.g. city center, Pasila, and Helsinki-Vantaa airport.

Registration
Wnt pro player entry: Entry window closes April 30, 2024 – available for 128 players of the tour. Pro players can still register until the event is full!
Entry by invitation: Entry window closes May 4, 2024, 5 spots will be given to Finnish national ranking top 5, and another 5 spots to wild cards invited by organizers and sponsors. Subject to availability after Wnt pro player entry.
Remaining spots: If the event is not full, the remaining spots will become available on May 5, 2024 at 16:00 EET. Open to all aged 16 and over.
Cancellation: Available at full refund until July 10, 2024

Field: 128 players
Races to: Race to 9-11, loser side race to 8 (LQ 9)
Tables: 13 x Predator Apex 9ft
Break rules: Alternative break, Matchroom break box
Structure: Matchroom professional players will be seeded in round one
according to the ranking. This is a double elimination event with a knockout phase.

Winner: 8,000 €
Runner Up: 5,400 €
Semi Finalists: 3,500 €
Quarter Finalists: 2,200 €
Last 16: 1,200 €
Last 32: 700 €
(Foreigners’ withholding tax 15% will be held. Local players’ prize money is subject to taxation.)
Draw & Format:
Once the draw for the Event is completed, organizer reserves the right to nominate a reserve player. Should anyone withdraw for whatever reason, that player will be a straight swap in the draw.
Dress Code:
Players shall be required to provide and wear their own playing shirts for the Event which must be worn throughout the Event and in any promotional work associated to the Event with dark smart trousers and plain dark shoes/smart dark sneakers. No waistcoats (vests), bow ties, denim jeans, shirts, t shirts, or jackets will be permitted.
